Event Disclaimer:
The Bears of Central Florida reserves the right to add, change, or cancel scheduled activities due to inclement weather, insufficient participation, or other unforeseen circumstances. If insufficient participation for an Optional Day Trip has occurred by September 15, 2010 the event will be cancelled and your money will be refunded to you.

REFUND POLICY: All Refunds requests will be assessed a $15.00 service fee

The last day for you to cancel your participation in Bear Bust for a full refund is September 7, 2010. After this date, no refunds are available, because transportation, food, run bag items, and miscellaneous items costs will be purchased. If you can not attend a Bear Bust for any reason, and it is after the date of September 7, 2010 that you cancel your reservations. You will need to write a letter to the BOCF that you were not able to attend and could not cancel before the cut off date of September 7, 2010 to receive the run bag items. The BOCF will confirm your registration and if approved the BOCF will mail the run bag items to you.
